Pilates - Private Sessions


Individual Pilates sessions are designed by Lisa to meet the specific needs of a client. Focus is on core engagement, perfect posture and correct alignment. The flow of exercises leave one feeling challenged, refreshed and renewed.


Pilates - Group Reformer Classes

Reformer classes are designed to improve strength, coordination, flexibility and balance. This is an excellent way to get the benefits of
this amazing piece of equipment in a small group setting.


Pilates - Group Mat Classes

Pilates mat classes are a series of floor-based exercises designed to strengthen the entire body. Props such as magic circles, bands and foam rollers are used to challenge and increase body awareness. 



Lisa Miranda, PMA®-CPT is a Chicago-based teacher certified in Pilates and yoga since 2000. She is passionate about her work and enjoys sharing her knowledge and expertise by creating challenging pilates sessions to increase strength, flexibility and body awareness. Continued education includes workshops on injury rehabilitation protocols, pre-post natal exercises and gait analysis. In 2015, she completed the BASI® Pilates Pro-bridge program with creator and founder, Rael Isacowitz at the Body Arts and Science International headquarters in Costa Mesa, California.
